Goals from Dan Haigney and Ciaran Mc Ardle helped our senior footballers to the final of the Jim Devlin Cup for the first time in over thirty years. The side beat Aghyaran 2-9 to 0-8 on Saturday in a gale at Michael Dolan Park and now play Eglish in the final in a repeat of the 1981 final , the second of our three wins.
While in horrendous conditions on Friday night the senior hurlers recorded a 4-16 to 2-3 win over Mac Nean in the Ulster junior league.
