Ladies Final tonight – Following a weekend in which the seniors pulled off a great result to reach the county senior final, this evening (Thursday) everyone in the club is encouraged to head to Kildress for the final of the Intermediate Ladies Championshp in which the St. Enda’s ladies will take on Kildress. Good luck to all the players and management as they attempt to bring the Intermediate title back to Healy Park. Throw-in for the game is 7pm.
Senior league – The senior men will now be focussing on the senior final against Carrickmore at the end of the month but this weekend they are back to league business when Augher visit Healy Park on Saturday for the latest round of ACL action. Throw-in for the Reserve game is 4.30pm with the senior action at 6pm. Come out and support the teams.
Youth football – The U13 and U16 boys footballers continue with a busy round of league games at present with the U13 A team away to Carrickmore on Friday evening at 6.45pm while the U13 Devs are away to Eskra. On Sunday the U16 A team are away to Dromore for their final league game while the Devs are away to Killyman. Both games are at 6pm. The U16 girls are are home to Stewartstown on Sunday at 12noon.
Hurling – The U14 hurlers almost pulled off the shock of the year last week in their championship game with Eire Og after staging a remarkable comeback late in the game, before losing 5-7 to 4-6. Next Monday they play their final game of the year with a league game against Cappagh in St. Patrick’s Park at 6.15pm.The U13 hurlers will be participating in an Ulster ‘Super Touch’ competition commencing this Saturday.
Youth training – Training for youth teams continue as usual with U16 girls on Thursday at 4.30pm, camogie on Friday at 6pm and U10 boys on Saturday at 10am. U8 hurlers will play in a blitz on Saturday in Garvaghey at 10am.
