Omagh v Carrickmore – All County League action will resume this Sunday with home games for the seniors (3.45pm) and reserves (2.15pm) against Carrickmore in Healy Park. A good support would be appreciated.
U21 champonship – The U21 championship quarter-final against Kildress which was scheduled this week was postponed and will be refixed for a later date.
U16 football – The U16 footballers are in league action next Wednesday evening with the A team home to Cappagh and the Devs away to Brackaville. Training for all players this evening (Thurs) in St. Patrick’s Park from 6pm-7pm.
Hurling – U12 and U14 hurling coaching continues in St. Patrick’s Park each Thursday from 7pm.
Camogie – Camogie coaching will not resume until early August.
Summer Camp – The annual St. Enda’s multi-activity summer camp will be held in Healy Park from the 18th to 21st August. The four-day camp which is open to boys and girls aged 6 to 14 years offers coaching in gaelic football, hurling, camogie and Scór and costs just £20 per child. Each child will also receive a £10 voucher to be spent in the club’s Kit Stop. Check website for full list of items currently on sale in the shop. Orders are also being taken for youth hurls which will also be on sale during the summer camp at a subsidised rate.
Sympathy – The club extends its deepest sympathy to club member and Gaelic Start mentor John McKenna and his wife Angela on the sad death of their daughter Lucy. Sympathy is also extended to Browne, Conway and Grugan families on their recent bereavements.
Fleadh final – Last week’s (July 17th). Congratulations to the junior Set Dancing teams and their mentors who have qualified for the All-Ireland Fleadh finals in Sligo.
Lotto – Club Lotto numbers are 10,11,12,13, 21. There was no winner of the £5,000 Jackpot. Gerry Kirk with 4 numbers wins £100.
