Seniors & Reserves – Due to the untimely death of Mr Gussie McGinn, father of senior coach, Barry, and club members Tony, Brendan, Bronagh and Rachael, Friday’s league games with Dromore have been called off.
U21 championship – The U21s lost their game with Dromore last week with their final game in section 1B against Killyclogher next Tuesday evening in Healy Park at 7.30pm.
Senior ladies – The senior ladies continued their good league run with a victory against Kildress. The side play Aghyaran next Monday evening in the Intermediate Championship in Strabane. Throw-in 7.30pm.
Summer Camp – This week Healy Park is a hive of activity for the Club Tyrone Summer Camp. The annual St. Enda’s Camp will run from the 18th-21st August with the full range of Gaelic football, hurling, camogie and Scór activities on offer. Registration forms will be available from the end of next week.
Coaching break – With the start of the school holidays, some youth coaching has taken a short break. The Camogs attended a blitz in Edendork last Saturday but coaching will take a break now for a few weeks and will resume on the 25th July. U8 and U10 Boys will also take a short break from training and will resume on Saturday 26th July. U12 and U14 hurling coaching will also resume on the 17th July.
Sympathy – The Executive Committee and members of St. Enda’s GAA wish to extend their deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the late Patricia Keyes who passed away last week. Patricia was an active worker within the club during the 90′s when she spearheaded most major catering functions. Pat is sister of long-serving club member Frankie Winters and aunt to youth hurling coaches Chris and Ciaran Keyes.
Lotto – Last week’s Club Lotto numbers (June 26th) are 4, 19, 22, 27, 29. There was no winner of the £5,000 Jackpot. There were four draw winners of £25 each – Jim Hackett, Nuala Glass, Freddie Kyle and Seamus Hannigan.
Stewards – Many thanks to all those who assisted with stewarding duties at last Saturday’s All-Ireland qualifer game.
