We had the privilege of hosting the game for Gaza on Saturday and the gala fundraising dinner that followed. A massive thanks to the players, supporters, those who attended the dinner and of course our members who were part of the organising team. We had gaelic football royalty among us. A thanks too to all our team on Sunday as we hosted Tyrone and Dublin.
Our facilities once again proved to be in tip top shape for what was a big weekend so a massive thanks to the team who worked so hard in the run up to the weekend. Genuine hardworking individuals that do so much work that is such a vital part of the club.
Friday saw our club and facilities rededicated to St Enda with President Paddy Mc Mahon and former Presidents joining Fr Hassan for a memorable occasion.
Congratulations to our Scor teams in reaching the Ulster final.
Our footballers game with Owen Roes was abandoned due to an injury on Saturday, the juniors lost to Strabane ahead of games this weekend against Dungannon and Urney. The senior hurlers lost to Aodh Ruadh in the Ulster league and continue against East Cavan.
It’s all systems go now for our Under 14 boys and girls, PPS Camogs, our Under 16 hurlers and minor boys as their seasons continue. Full details of weekly fixtures and results are on the club APP Club and County that’s so easy to download from your app store but keeps you up to date.
The clubs development plan was launched on Friday night but now the real work will start. You will all be getting a message this week so please consider how you can lend a hand and help us take the next step.
Well done to John Quinn who was named as the club person of the year at the weekend for 2024.
Our club Easter camp is now accepting bookings and will run on 24th and 25th April at O’Neills Healy Park for boys and girls from P3 to Year 8. Our Gaelic Start returns on Saturday morning.
