This Friday 21st March is the feast day of St Enda and will mark the start of a big weekend for our club. On Friday afternoon President Paddy Mc Mahon and recent former Presidents will join Fr Hassan to officially rededicate the club facilities then on Friday night the club will launch it’s strategic plan and host club awards. All our members, players, coaches and friends are invited to attend.
Saturday will see us host the “Game for Gaza” with the 2011 Dublin side facing Tyrone from 2011 and a fundraising gala dinner before we welcome the current Dublin team for the crucial national league game.
All volunteers are required on Sunday from 12noon, we expect a bumper crowd and need all our facilities open and ready for our own and our visiting friends from Dublin.
Our seniors lost to Coalisland on Sunday in the Jim Devlin cup this weekend they head to Glenmornan to play Owen Roes the juniors play Strabane in the Mc Garrity Cup.

The clubs youth footballers and young hurlers are all in action over the week. The 14 boys play Carrickmore and Dromore on Saturday with the minors facing Strabane in grade 2 on Sunday morning at 11am. The girls 14s head to Errigal and host Dungannon Clarkes on Sunday. The hurlers played last night and our PPS Camog’s opened with a win last weekend.
Massive progress continues at St Patricks Park with a new supporters standing area laid and new modern fencing erected. Thanks to the members who carried out the work.
The club hosted a special Pre-St Patricks Day celebration that had music song and dance on Sunday. It certainly highlighted our clubrooms at their best.
Tiny Tots returns to the Healy Hall on Monday 24th and we welcome all our young friends.
