We have a busy weekend for players, coaches and club members. Starting on Friday night Kieran Eannetta and Ronan O’Neill will host a new rules workshop from 7pm. This will be a worthwhile and useful explanation of the rules.
On Saturday all our club coaches from all our teams are expected to attend the clubs first coaching conference on Saturday. We have some excellent speakers including Conor Laverty and David Mc Cauge. The conference at O’Neill’s Healy Park starts sharp at 9-30am and runs until 1-30pm. No club activities are on during this time.
Well done to our players who represented the club in several Tyrone teams over the weekend and a big thank you to everyone who helped us host the Tyrone Derry games. After the storm there was a great team out to help tidy up the ground, a massive thanks to everyone who helped out.
We are delighted to confirm that the club will have a third team playing in the all County league this year. The thirds will be a junior team and we are encouraging any former players or new players come on board. Full details are available from Ciaran Mc Daid 07729378421
Danielle Cunningham has been confirmed as our new child protection officer. The experienced senior ladies footballer will introduce herself to the clubs teams and parents over the next few weeks and will be on hand for advice and guidance. Our new coaching officer is Cathal Mc Carron. Parents and guardians will be encouraged to attend these arranged meetings with their children’s coaches over the coming weeks Details will be issued through the players groups.

Our 1965 Tyrone minor championship winning team will reunite for an afternoon of memories on Friday 7th from 2-30pm in Caife 32. All former players from the team are invited to join Captain Roddy Tierney.
Ireland Lights Up – our every step counts campaign continues for another few weeks and our participants are invited to come together every Wednesday night from 7pm.
Tiny Tots returns this and every Monday and Caife 32 is a n excellent hub for refreshments, breakfasts and lunches with all proceeds supporting the club.

Some key dates have been released for the early part of the year. Our Club Development Plan launch is fixed for Friday 21st February with the club dinner dance and presentations on 28th February.
