Naomh Eanna An Omaigh
Best wishes to our senior hurlers who open their Ulster club campaign on Saturday against East Cavan Gaels in Kingspan Breffni Park. The game throws in at 1pm and ticket details are available at https://www.universe.com/…/aib-ulster-club-junior.
Sunday was a disappointing day for our youthful Under 16 ladies team as they just came up short against Dromore in the league final. Playing at Grade 1 has been a great learning curve for our girls and without doubt they will be back. We all wish Clodagh Mc Canny good wishes ande a speedy recovery after her injury.
Our Under 16 boys face a trip to Bergah in grade 2 league action on Saturday morning while our minor hurlers are at Garvaghy on Wednesday evening in the Tyrone hurling championship grade 2 final with a 7-30 throw in. We want to see a big support.
The club will host a double bill of Ulster club football at O’Neill’s Healy Park on Saturday. Once again we ask all our team of volunteers to come out and lend a hand to continue our smooth handling of big occasions. The club rooms are hosting a massive Feis on Saturday afternoon so any assistance would be welcomed. Last Friday night was an excellent example of teamwork from our members.
Our club and County app is still available to download from your app store and continues to be a key source of club information and updates daily. The Tiny Tots resumes on Monday morning after their break.
Gaelic Start takes a wee break on Saturday but will be back next week again.
Once again we are seeking medals, programmes. Shirts, photos or any memorabilia for our new history suite. Please get in touch. Photos will be coped and returned.
Bingo continues this evening.
