Our under 16 girls face Dromore in the Adman Tyrone ladies grade 1 gold league final on Sunday against Dromore. Lets get a big support out to cheer the girls on. The game has an 11am throw in at St Patricks Park. Volunteers are required to assist from 10am.
Well done to Aidan Clarke who was in the Ulster squad that won the Railway Cup at the weekend at Croke Park as the GAA new rules were trialled. His clubmate Ronan O’Neill was also part of the management team.
Our minor hurlers beat Fintona 1-16 to 1-10 last night in the championship while our seniors will head to East Cavan on Saturday November 2nd at Breffni Park in the Ulster club championship. Captain Damian Woodhead attended the launch on Monday night.
Omagh St Enda’s marked the visit of the Patron of the GAA Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly to Sacred Heart Church last weekend with a small presentation that took place at St Joseph’s Hall. President Paddy Mc Mahon, former President Michael Brogan , Chairman Conor Sally and Vice Chairman Joe Mc Mahon and PRO Paddy Hunter made the presentation of a copy Archbishop Crokes letter to the GAA when he accepted the patronage of the GAA in 1884.
Our club will host the refixed County senior final on Friday night at 7-30pm. Once again all club volunteers should be at O’Neill’s Healy Park for 6pm. A massive thanks to everyone who has made themselves available so far. The club will also be hosting Ulster club fixtures over November.
The longest running Bingo session in Omagh returns to St Enda’s tonight Thursday.
There was a massive fun filled Halloween Party at the clubs Tiny Tots Monday morning gathering. There’s a break this Monday for the Halloween break.
Gaelic Start continues this and every Saturday morning from 9-30 am.
