Féile weekend – This weekend, we host the U14 hurlers from St. Patrick’s, Drangan, in Co Tipperary for the Feile. Our visitors will arrive for on Friday afternoon at 2pm and will be special guests at our BBQ on Saturday evening. Games are scheduled for Friday afternoon in Healy Park when we play Annaghadown of Galway and Killyclogher at 4pm and 5pm. On Saturday morning at 11am we play our visitors St. Patrick’s in Healy Park while in the afternoon we play teams from Dublin and Donegal. BBQ – The club’s summer BBQ will take place this Saturday from 7.30pm and tickets are currently available from the clubrooms or News at Six on John Street (Mickey McCrory’s) priced £10. Children’s meals are available for just £2 payable in the night. As a large crowd is expected make sure to get your tickets today.
Derby ACL games – The Senior Men and Reserves will play Killyclogher this Sunday in Healy Park with times yet to be confirmed.
U14 football – With the Tyrone season now over the U14 footballers have the Ulster Peile na nOg to look forward to at the end of June.
Minor football – Our minors bowed out of the championship at the quarter final stage against a strong Moortown team last Friday, final score Moortown 1-25 Omagh 3-5.
Summer Camp – The Omagh St. Enda’s the Annual summer camp will take place from Monday 24th to Thursday 27th August at Healy Park. Children will have the chance to enjoy participating in Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie an Scór activities. More details will follow soon.
Cycle – Training sessions for the popular St. Enda’s summer cycle from Omagh to Donegal town continues and anyone wishing to take part in our weekly group cycle should meet at Fireagh Picnic area on Clanabogan Road this Sunday morning at 10.30am.
Lotto – Last week’s club lotto numbers (June 11th) were 2, 3, 4, 12, and 30. There was no winner of the £5,000 Jackpot. Four draw winners of £25 each are – Susan McDermott, Paul Mullin, Linda Quinn and Oliver O’Neill.
Sympathy – The Executive Committee and members wish to extend their deepest sympathy to club member Paul Logue on the death of his mother Annie. Sympathy is also extended to the McNamee family on their recent bereavement.
