The executive Committee and members of St. Enda’s GAA wish to extend their deepest condolences to the following families on their recent bereavements.
McKenna – Sympathy is extended to club member and Gaelic Start mentor John McKenna (son of Paddy and and Suzanna McKenna) and his wife Angela of Coolnagard Glen and extended family circle on the untimely passing of their baby daughter Lucy on the 14th July.
Conway – Sympathy is extended to former St. Enda’s senior footballer Gerry Quinn (member of the 1988 senior championship team) on the passing of his uncle Patrick Conway of Ballygowans. Patrick (Patsy) was also grand-uncle of Claire McNabb who took part in this year’s club boxing tournament. The deceased was in his 93rd year and was renowned for playing traditional music on his beloved mouth organ.
Browne – Sympathy is extended to the family circle of the late Alex Browne, formerly of Brookmount Cresent, who passed away recently. He was brother of Tom, Maureen (Kelly) and June (Mills) and brother-in-law of Larry Mills who played in the club’s district league for the Geraldines (Gallows Hill) in the 1950s.
Grugan – Sympathy is extended to Mary Grugan and family on the death of her aunt Annie Magee of Moneyglass.
