League Action – The seniors and reserves play their penultimate league game of the year this Sunday when they travel to Dromore. Please note slightly earlier throw-in times of 1.15pm and 2.45pm.

Play Your Cards Right – Club members and friends are invited to our “Play Your Cards Right” night in club lounge this Saturday (26th) at 8.30pm. Admission £5 includes supper. Cash Prize for winners.

Day at the Races – With our Club Omagh Day at the Races in Fairyhouse (Nov 30) fast approaching anyone requiring tickets is asked to contact  Eamon McMullan 079 792 404 40, Charlie O’Donnell 077 096 974 14 or Eugene McMahon 079 269 413 21 as soon as possible. There is a great chance of winning a cool £1,000 on the day.

Girls blitz – Due to poor weather conditions last Friday’s Julia McGinn Memorial cup tournament and awards function had to be postponed. A new date will be announced shortly.

Hurlers blitz – Well done to the club’s hurlers who distinguished themselves in last Sunday’s Ulster U16 7-a-side blitz held in Magherafelt. The boys will return for a second blitz on Sunday week. Training for all U14/U16 hurlers continues indoors each Wednesday evening in the main hall at Healy Park, 7-8pm. Anyone who would like to try their hand at hurling is welcome to come along.

Indoor activities – While all of our outdoor activities are coming to an end, our indoor games are now in full swing. Every Friday evening in Omagh CBS sportshall we have up to 70 young boys and girls taking part in U6, U8 and U10 Camogie (7-8pm) and Hurling (8-9pm), while on Saturday morning’s our popular Gaelic Start programme is now in its second week of action. Last Saturday an incredible 108 children enjoyed a morning of fun and frolics in the CBS hall where they are introduced to the basic fundamental skills of Gaelic Games. Newcomers are always welcome to all sessions.

Lotto – Last Thursday’s Club Lotto numbers were 1, 3, 22, 24, 27. Four draw winners of £25 each were Liz Breen, Kathleen McCallan, Mary Devenney and Conor and Orlaigh Sally.
