Senior football – The club have a quiet weekend on the senior front with no games scheduled. Last weekend, the seniors were narrowly defeated by Coalisland while the Reserves carved out a good win.
Tyrone – Commiserations to all the St. Enda’s men who featured with Tyrone last Sunday in their All-Ireland semi with Mayo. Good luck to minor player Michael Flanagan and Riann Samir and the Tyrone minors who play Roscommon this Sunday. It has been a busy year for all our inter-county representatives but they have done their club and county proud.
U16 Football – It continues to be a busy period for our U16 footballers at the moment with league action dominating their weekly schedule. Next week the A team is away to Dromore on Monday and home to Owen Roes on Thursday while the Devs final game is on Tuesday 10th at home to Clann na Gael.
Youth football – The U12 footballers also finished their schedule of Go Games blitzes on Monday with a win over Errigal Ciaran. This Saturday they will travel to Loughmacrory for a blitz where they will aim to defend the title they won last year. The U13 footballers are due to commence their league action shortly. The U16 girls put up a battling performance in the league on Monday night and are showing great promise.
Youth Coaching – Youth coaching for all teams will get back in to full flow again after the holidays. This evening (Thurs) the U8 footballers and hurlers will continue their training in St. Patrick’s Park from 6.30-8pm with the U10 hurlers (6.30-8pm) and U12/U14 hurlers (7-8.15pm) also in training. Camogie training for U6, U8 and U10 girls resumes in St. Patrick’s Park on Friday from 6.30-7.30pm.
Lotto – Last week’s Lotto numbers were 6, 7, 10, 24 and 26. With four numbers each, Clare Kelly and J Conaty both win £50.
