By Kristina Fri 9th Aug

League draw – Following a tough, low-scoring, game the seniors secured a vital league point against Errigal Ciaran at Healy Park on Sunday evening. There was no reserve game. There is another break from action this weekend due to Tyrone’s game in Croke Park and good luck to the St. Enda’s players and their team mates in the quarter-final against Monaghan.

U16 League – Action continues for our U16 footballers who were unlucky in their games at the weekend and on Monday past. This Friday, the Devs are at home to Urney at 7.30pm while on Saturday, the A team travel to Carrickmore for a 12 noon throw-in.

U12 football – The U12 footballers continue their blitz action and are performing well while training has commenced on Wednesday evenings in St. Patrick’s Park for the U13 footballers. Everyone welcome to attend.

Hurling coaching – U10 hurling coaching will resume on Thursday evenings  in St. Patrick’s Park at 6.30pm.

U12 girls – Well done to the clubs under 12 girls who have recorded an impressive win in the league over Trillick. The girls have been showing great signs of improvement this season.

Sympathy – The club extends it deepest sympathy to the family of the late Brian McGuigan who sadly passed away last week. Brian was a long serving member of the club and was part of the Park Committee which overseen the development of Healy Park in 1972. He was also a regular club umpire and assisted club referee Paddy Devlin at many games including the 1974 All-Ireland final.

Lotto – Last week’s (July 25th) Club Lotto numbers were 2, 3, 6, 8 and 11. There were four draw winners of £25 each – Seamus Gallagher, Adrian Brown, Paul McGlinchey and Frank Sweeney.

Summer Camp – the club’s Summer Camp will take place over four days from Mon 19th – Thurs 22nd August. The camp is open to boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 14 and costs £20 per child, with concessions for three or more children from the same family. The camp will involve football, hurling and camogie coaching with Scór sessions and children can be registered in advance on Friday 9th and Friday 16th Aug. A registration form will be available for downloading from the club’s website next week.
