St. Enda’s members extend their deepest sympathy to Christina Hunter on the death of her mother Cassie Rooney of Derrygannon, Roslea. A minute’s silence was observed at the start of today’s Ulster Ladies final in Clones as a mark of respect to the Rooney and Hunter families, with Christiane Hunter, grand-daughter of the late Mrs Rooney, lining out for St. Enda’s in the decider despite the difficult circumstances.
Requiem Mass will be held in St. Tierney’s Church, Roslea, on Monday at 11am.
