Senior Ladies Football
Our senior ladies opened their league campaign at home to Clonoe on Wednesday evening.
The girls were first to open the score with a point, but it didn’t take the visitors long to point from a free.
Omagh put a few more points on the board, however, the visitors kept in the game with some fine football being played and getting a number of scores.
Going in at half time it was a draw 2-06 each. Omagh started strong in the second half with 2 goals,
Clonoe popped over a few points, then they hit a purple patch to get back into the game and took the lead by 2 points, but the Omagh girls pushed on to come away with the win final score Omagh 4-13 Clonoe 4-12
Next up for the Ladies is a home game to Castlederg on Sunday 19th May.
