Christmas Pantomime – Summer may be barely underway, but plans are already in place for the next big club Panto at Christmas. To assist with the preparations, we are looking for anyone who may be interested in taking part or helping out in a creative capacity with the show. U16 Hurling and Football results – Our Under-16 hurlers were knocked out of the championship last by Eire Og. Despite missing numerous players due to holidays and a serious lack of preparation, St Enda’s produced some good passages of play. Unfortunately, St. Enda’s couldn’t sustain their efforts for the hour, and a very good Eire Og team ran out convincing winners. Our U16 footballers were denied their first victory of the season by an injury time free in a keenly contested game against both Domhnaigh at St Patrick’s Park this evening. Final result An Òmaigh 2-12 Both Domhnaigh 2-12.

U21s Reach Quarter Final – The U21s have now qualified from the group stages into the quarter finals, after the points were shared with Dromore after the last league game was called off.

Summer Camp – The Omagh St. Enda’s the Annual summer camp will take place from Monday 24th to Thursday 27th August at Healy Park. Children will have the chance to enjoy participating in Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie an Scór activities. More details will follow soon. Please look to the Facebook Page to keep up to date with the Youth schedule for the upcoming week.

Tyrone Action – Congratulations to the McMahon brothers, Ronan O’ Neill, Barry Tierney, Conor Clarke and Conor Meyler and the rest of the Tyrone Camp on proceeding to the next round of the qualifiers after a tough win against Meath at Healy Park last Sunday. A special thank you to all Stewards, half time draw ticket sellers, the hot food and shop staff, the sandwich makers and tea ladies for helping out. Tyrone will now play Tipperary in a repeat of the U21 All-Ireland final this Saturday at 3pm in Semple Stadium in Tipperary.

Summer Cycle – The popular St. Enda’s summer cycle is set to return in 2015 with a two-day trek from Omagh to Donegal town on the cards for September. The 90 mile journey will involve an overnight stop in Donegal town on Saturday 12th September, before returning to Omagh on Sunday 13th September via Pettigo. Just like all previous cycle events at St. Enda’s, it is open to cyclists of all abilities. Anyone wishing to take part in our weekly group cycle should meet at Fireagh Picnic area on Clanabogan Road this Sunday morning at 10.30am.
