Dancers all set for Tyrone finals on Sunday

Scór weekend – It’s Scór action all the way this weekend with the highlight this Saturday when our ballad group fly the flag for Omagh, Tyrone and Ulster at the All-Ireland final in Castlebar. Good luck to Beth McElhatton, Aoife McCullagh, Caitlín Campbell, Shaunagh Poyntz, Tom McClements and their mentors. This is the second time in two years that St. Enda’s will compete in the final and let’s hope they will take the crown this time around.

Tyrone finals – For many of the Scór fans and mentors, it will be a quick dash back up the road on Sunday morning for the Tyrone Scór Sinsear finals in Killeeshil where no fewer than eight St. Enda’s teams will take to the stage. The club will be represented in Ceili and Set Dancing, Instrumental, Ballad Group (2) and the new Léiriú (presentation/novelty) category, with the Ceili, Instrumental and mens Ballad group all out to defend the titles they won last year. Our Ceili Dance team also went all the way to win the All-Ireland last year. Good luck to everyone and it is hoped there will be a good support in Killeeshil to cheer everyone on.
