Panto this weekend – The big focus this weekend for the club is our pantomime in St. Joseph’s Hall from Friday through Sunday. Evening shows start at 7.30pm with one public matinee on Saturday at 2pm. Admission is payable at the door and guests are advised to arrive early to guarantee a seat. Good luck to all the cast and crew who have been putting in great work over the past few months.

AGM – The club’s Annual General Meeting will be held in the clubrooms next Tuesday at 8pm sharp. All paid-up members for 2013 are invited to attend.

Mass for Deceased members – The AGM will be preceded by the annual Mass for deceased members at 7.30pm sharp. Guests are advised to be present from 7.15pm.

Scór success – Last weekend was another glorious time for our young Scór participants with the club picking up four Tyrone titles at the Scór na Óg finals in Coalisland. There were wins for our Ceili and Set Dancing teams while our Ballad and Novelty acts also came away with a Tyrone medal. Commiserations to our other six acts who also turned in great performances. The four winners will now turn their attention to the Ulster semi-finals in Killeshandra, Co. Cavan, on Saturday 14th December. Anyone who would like to travel on the club bus should contact Catherine Simmonds on 07808049108 by this Friday.

Season ends – Indoor camogie and hurling coaching has now finished for the season and will resume shortly after Christmas. A big thank-you to everyone who attended over the past few weeks.

Gaelic Start – This Saturday will be the last formal session for Gaelic Start in the CBS before Christmas and the following Saturday (14th Dec) will be the popular Christmas party for all our Gaelic Start children. Make sure to keep the date free.

Youth AGM – The club’s Youth AGM will be held Sunday 12th January, 2014 but applications from club members who are interested in taking up a coaching/management role with any of our youth teams in 2014 are now being received by the club secretary. The club fielded 21 teams in 2013 across all codes, football (boys and girls), hurling and camogie. Anyone who has an interest in taking a team next year must in the first instance send their request in to secretary.omaghstendas.tyrone@gaa.ie for consideration.

Big Bingo night – Keep free next Thursday 12th Dec for our pre-Christmas Big Bingo night where up to £6,000 in prizes are up for grabs. Top individual prizes on the night are 2 x £1,000 jackpots. £20 for a single book, £25 for a double book. Please pass the word.

Club kits – Christmas orders for club kit are now being taken by Vicky O’Hagan (07725 356876). Order forms can be downloaded from club website.
